The book was the beginning of a conversation. This is how we continue it.
I wrote Back to One to make sense of what happened to me — the divorce, the identity loss, the slow realization that the version of myself I’d been running wasn’t working. Writing helped. But sitting across from other men in the same wreckage, seeing that almost none of them had the tools they actually needed — that’s what got me moving.
So I went and found them. Did the shadow work. Figured out what was underneath — the patterns, the buried parts, the gap between who I was performing and who I actually was. Then I rebuilt. I don’t have a certification on the wall or a theory I invented. What I have is this: I’ve walked the path myself — alongside some incredible coaches and Men’s Work facilitators who showed me that none of us get there alone. That’s what everything here is built on.
Is This For You?
This is for you if —
- You're still in it — the marriage is in crisis, or already ending, and you know something needs to change
- Something has cracked open enough to ask: what's my part in this?
- You've tried therapy — it helped you understand things, but didn't change them
- You're not looking for someone to validate you. You're looking for someone to go into the actual room with you
- You're ready to look at the stuff that started long before she came along
This is not for you if —
- You still need the story to be about her
- You're looking for scripts to say the right thing, or tactics to win her back
- You want a six-week fix and back to normal
- You're not ready to look at yourself — yet
You came in wanting to save your relationship. What happens is bigger than that. You find the root — the wounds that were already there, the patterns that started long before this marriage, the version of yourself you've been running on autopilot. You do the work to actually heal them.
On the other side: you show up differently. For her, if she stays. For your kids. For yourself. You stop dragging the past into every new thing.

CORE Modules
The framework. Your timeline. The full CORE arc built out as a self-paced program — structured, sequenced, and explained the way it actually needs to be done. For the man who wants to do the work on his own time. No fluff. No filler. In development now.
In DevelopmentGroup Coaching
Same depth. Shared table.A small cohort working through the CORE framework together — shadow work, self-reconstruction, the parts most men skip. With my direct guidance plus the dimension of doing it alongside other men who are in it too. Something shifts when a man realizes he’s not as alone as he thought.
Coming SoonCommunity
For the men who want to keep going.A private space for ongoing conversation and connection — for men who’ve been through the work and want to stay in it. Not a forum. Not another Facebook group. Something quieter and more real.
Coming Soon1:1 Coaching
90 days. One man at a time.Direct, private work through the full CORE arc — shadow work, rebuilding confidence from the ground up, and figuring out who you’re becoming from here. No scripts, no group calls, no content portal. Just the two of us doing the actual work. This is separate from the core offerings — I keep it deliberately small, and when I have capacity, the waitlist hears first.
Available to a limited number of men at a time.
Keep the conversation going.
When any of these open — or when something new is coming — this list hears about it first. No pitch. No funnel.
